Packaging

 

We employ silicon wafer boats for our polished wafers, which are then vacuum-packed within aluminum foil bags to minimize exposure to oxygen and prevent dust accumulation. For those requiring single-wafer packaging, we provide separate wafer boxes. Ground wafers or the larger 12-inch silicon wafers are packaged in round cake boxes or plastic foam boxes with partition paper, offering additional safety during handling.
